I am beyond disgusted by the treatment my sister received at this boutique today. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime experience was turned into a traumatic nightmare by the staff’s appalling lack of professionalism and basic human decency. The assistant assigned to my sister was not only unhelpful but actively hostile. When my sister politely asked to try on a different style than what was suggested, she was met with a sneer and told, “You’re not the Queen.” The arrogance and rudeness were staggering, but it didn't stop there. In a shocking violation of privacy, the assistant entered my sister's changing room without permission while she was undressed. After reducing my sister to tears with her nasty comments, she proceeded to physically rip the dress off her body. When my sister, understandably shaken and crying, requested a different consultant to help her, management chose to kick her out of the store instead of addressing the abuse. To treat a bride-to-be with such malice and aggression is inexcusable. This business does not deserve your money or your time. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity during your wedding prep, stay far away from this place. It is a toxic environment that thrives on bullying their clients.
